Privacy Policy

What Flyture collects, why we collect it, and how location, uploads, saved places, and Veya conversations are handled.

Last updated May 26, 2026

Information we collect

  • Account information such as email, authentication identifiers, and profile details.
  • Product activity such as saved experiences, creator uploads, watch settings, trip preferences, and review state.
  • Messages and prompts you send to Veya so the assistant can respond and route you to the right part of Flyture.
  • Approximate or precise location only when you grant browser permission for nearby routing or origin-aware planning.
  • First-party anonymous visitor and session identifiers used to understand basic usage before someone signs in.
  • Technical data such as device, browser, logs, and error information used to keep the app working.

How we use information

  • To operate core Flyture features including Discover, Saved, Studio, Veya, route sheets, flight results, and watches.
  • To personalize planning flows, remember context, and reduce repeated questions when you move between features.
  • To review user-submitted content and protect the community from unsafe or infringing uploads.
  • To debug, secure, improve, and measure the product, including anonymous visitor activity.

Location data

Flyture requests location permission only when needed for a feature like finding the best way to reach a discovered place or using your current city as a trip origin.

Flyture uses precise location to complete the route action you requested and does not store precise location history for browsing analytics.

Service providers

Flyture may use providers for hosting, authentication, storage, maps and routing, AI responses, flight data, search data, email, and operational infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to support the app.

Your choices

  • You can deny browser location permission and still use many parts of Flyture.
  • You can delete drafts or submitted experiences available in Studio.
  • You can sign out or request account/data help by contacting support@flyture.co.

Children

Flyture is not designed for children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information, we will take steps to remove it.
