Creator responsibility

Creators are responsible for making sure they have the right to upload and share every image, video, caption, and other media they submit to Flyture.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Flyture infringes your copyright, email support@flyture.co with enough information for us to review the claim.

• Identify the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• Share the Flyture URL or description of the content you want reviewed.
• Provide your contact information and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
• Confirm that the information in your notice is accurate.

Review and removal

Flyture may remove or disable access to content while reviewing a copyright claim. Repeat infringing uploads may lead to account restrictions.

Public launch note

Before a broad public launch, Flyture should have counsel review this process and decide whether a formal DMCA agent registration or expanded copyright workflow is needed.
